It adopts a full servo motor drive system and is combined with a laser positioning device to achieve micron-level precise forming of ultrafine glass fiber filter paper, ensuring uniform fiber distribution and a thickness tolerance of ≤±1.5%.
The hot melt adhesive separation process precisely controls the amount of adhesive and the coating position. Combined with the automated cutting technology, it enhances the structural strength of the filter element and production efficiency.
2. Intelligent temperature control and online detection system
It integrates a multi-stage intelligent temperature control module to monitor and adjust the production temperature in real time, and is suitable for raw materials such as E glass and C glass with diameters ranging from 5 to 25μm, ensuring the stability of the fiber forming process.
Equipped with an online detection module, it can monitor key parameters such as fiber diameter and filter material air permeability in real time, automatically remove substandard products, and reduce the cost of manual quality inspection.

It is compatible with the specification range of filter material pleats ranging from 40 to 75mm in height and 300 to 1200mm in width. Through parametric adjustment, flexible production of different products can be achieved, and the model change time is shortened to ≤30 minutes.
